We’ve got long-time neighbors, including families with little ones and seniors, so we really need to respect that. We’d hate to have to get Airbnb involved or call security, but we will if the noise is a problem. Let’s keep it respectful, and everyone will have a great stay!
– If you are to bring a vehicle, please be reminded that this area is highly residential. There is unassigned free street parking (4hr) but is very limited especially late at night. There are also street parking rules a few hours during the day. Please always safeguard your car and we are not liable for any parking ticket or item that is in it. It is best to find a garage nearby like the Journal Square PATH garage to park any vehicle.
– Checking in late beyond 10pm is subject to a fee of $50 every subsequent hour.
– Late checkout may be assessed provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given. This comes with a fee depending on what time our guests need and provided that we can accommodate. This is not always guaranteed.
